If you haven't sorted out your mobile friendly e-commerce strategy yet, perhaps you should get a move on. A new study by Frost & Sullivan has revealed that over 50% of Australian consumers use their mobile device at some stage during the shopping cycle. In addition to this, almost 40 per cent of consumers that start researching a product on their smartphone actually end up buying it in-store.
