Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Retail Express Pty Limited (ABN 72 149039 716) based in Queensland, Australia.

The above mentioned company will hereafter be referred to as the promoter.

 

2. To be eligible to enter the prize draw an entrant must fulfil all of the following criteria:

·        Reside in Australia

·        Be the registered business owner or employee of a registered Australian business with an active ABN

·        Not be an employee of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw setup

·        Must not have entered a previous prize draw ran by the promoter in the last 6 months

 

3. To enter the prize draw, the entrant must agree to attend an online demonstration of Retail Express before the specified prize draw entry deadline.

The entrant accepts our Privacy Policy as outlined in https://www.retailexpress.com.au/privacy-policy

 

4. The prize for each draw is a $9000 cash sum payable to the registered business owner of the company named in the entrants free demo booking form submission.

There will be one winner for each prize draw. The prize money must not be used for purchasing products or services from the promoter.

 

5. This prize draw is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random on the prize winner drawn and notified date from all eligible entries as specified in these terms and conditions.

 

6. The winner will be notified via email and phone as per the entrants free demo booking form submission.

 

7. The dates of this prize draw promotion are as follows
